Over 50 armoured vehicles are leaving the production line every month, built through a process driven and quality focused system to ensure conformity of production as you would expect of any volume vehicle manufacturer.

Every stage of the production process in ASV is tracked and recorded to guarantee that strict security standards are adhered to, quality control is integral at every process stage along the production line. All welders and armour welding is certified according to internationally recognised standards.

A thorough vehicle check is undertaken in our pre-delivery inspection department that is equipped with brake, suspension and engine testing equipment.

Ares Armored Cars is one of the few armored vehicle companies in the world that manufactures the fully certified VR7 Toyota Landcruiser 200 Convoy under the new VPAM BRV 2009 standard, a far more comprehensive test procedure compared to the out of date VPAM BRV 1999 VR6 / VR7 standard. ASV's certified VR7 Landcruiser Convoy was independently tested by Beschussamt Mellrichstadt in Germany, defeating all ballistic and blast threats in the new guidelines.

In addition to armored commercial vehicles, armored 4x4s and armored sedans, ASV also manufactures special purpose vehicles that are custom designed for specific applications.
